Hi all!

This is my first post.


In the company where I work we have 3 AP (EAP120, EAP220 and EAP225).
Since a few days ago we have problems to use the EAP120.
I have updated the firmware version to the latest but the problems continue.
The signal is weak and disappears at times. We have never had problems with the signal.



What I have noticed is that the channels are not shown in the EAP120 as in the other EAPs (Image).
What could be happening?

The problem may due to the channel used by EAP120 is too crowded. You can use WIFIanalyzer to scan the 2.4G network and select a clean working channel.
