I just bought my very first load balancing router (TP-R470T+ V4). But I can't seem to figure out how to get any sort of traffic control or port priority stuff working. I'm also having other issues.

I created some users/groups and enabled traffic control for the group, but for some reason it does not make any difference. If I run a speedtest on any PC it takes up all the internet. If I'm gaming on a PC on a certain port I gave a "1" priority to inside "access control/access rules", and someone else is watching a video, the game is extremely laggy.

Another issue I'm having is when using the DHCP reserving tool, it causes those devices to lose internet connectivity after awhile (presumably after the DCHP lease expires). An ipconfig shows "-1" for the lease date.. Not sure if that is normal or not, but I was wondering if that's whats causing the issue.

Another issue inside the bandwidth control is that there is no option for routing to "WAN ALL". Only WAN 1 and WAN 2. But I've seen videos on Youtube where people have WAN ALL.

I checked for new firmware versions, and there hasn't been any firmware updates since 2015, and my router is already up to date. Thinking maybe I should just return it. When ordering the product off Amazon, I chose the used/refurbished option. I seen some newer hardware versions with newer firmware versions. So thinking maybe if I just bought it normally that I would get a newer version that works better.

Any ideas?
