Hi,
I have one AC50 that manage 3 AP CAP300.
I configured 2 Wireless network and bind it into 3 AP, but I need to have one Wireless with SSID not in broadcast (hidden) and I didn't find the option.
Is possible to have one wirelless with SSID in boadcast and one wireless without SSID in broadcast (hidden)?

Not possible, since the option to disable SSID broadcast is in Radio Settings, so it will affect all SSIDs.
To turn it off, disable Broadcast Probe Response in Radio Settings. See http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?102463-AC500-with-CAP1750-turn-off-SSID-Broadcasting&p=224558&viewfull=1#post224558
