Cannot run EAP OMADA Controller software after install on Win10 PC

Just got an EAP 225 AP& installed the latest version of the EAP OMADA Controller software on a Win10 PC.
For some odd reason, InstallShield added to the VTROOT location on the hard drive not the regular main Program Files (x86) location. - see 2nd pic below.
I was only able to locate the launch icon using search in the above VTROOT location.
But when I clicked on it, I cannot get it to launch because I don't have permissions - 3rd pic below.
What?? I'm the owner & the only user of this PC!
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
