Aggregating LInes

I want to combine three Death Slow Lines (dsl) with the primary use of uploading photos. I do this at another location with a lynksys dual wan, but they do not go beyond two lines. I build computers, but I am not a network person. Do the r470/ r480 aggregate? What is the difference in the two? Will aggregate router help with voip?
