Firmware Version : 1.2.0 Build 20160825 Rel.45884s

Before I'm using load balancer and it is fine until there was a lightning struck near our location and my router get busted. I research about it and I found that that is actually the major problem with load balancer. I tried to find almost same router with good Lightning protection and I had this TL-ER604W v.2. It has everything I need, Lightning protection, WiFi and VPN. Everything is fine until I get a 100% Cpu consumption that made my router stop working and ask a restart. After restart it works fine again.

In computer shop business, it is really annoying to experience such internet disconnection even for few seconds. I wish I can fix this case by minimizing CPU consumption. Please somebody tell me how I can minimize it by turning off some of router features to lower its load. Actually I'm not using the Wifi feature thinking that this will help the router's load.

Your device should be TL-ER604W V2 160825. And you should report what feature you're turning on? Is reset helpful?

I have 37 clients yes reset is helpful but I would appreciate is there any other way since we are in gaming business and we know that a single delay especially a router restart is unforgivable. So I really want to fix this case. thanks for your reply after weeks of waiting. someone here is concern on my issue.

Just an update. I brought back my previous set up on my T470 since like what I said above, I haven't experience this problem before with previous router. The only thing I did is to change the location of my router and from that changes the problem took issue. my new set up let has 30 meters distance between WAN (modem) and TL-ER604W.. after bringing back to my set up the disconnection issue removed. I don't know if there is really explanation from it but I think that resolve the case.

I put it here so other people that might experiencing the problem may know.
