ISP :

My business has a TL-ER6120 and I am the Tech wanting to be able to remote into someones computer so I don't have to trek all across the office.

I have the Virtual Server active with the following options:

Interface - WAN1
External port: 3389-3389
Internal port: 3389-3389
Protocol: TCP/UDP
Internal Server IP: 172.xx.x.xxx

I would greatly appreciate any help!

Is your network topology as PC0----------[WAN]TL-ER6120[LAN]----------PCx ? And you just want to establish RDP connection from PC0 to PCx, right? If it is really the case, you just need to do port forwarding as what you list on the Virtual Server. And on PC0, you need to use the WAN1 IPaddress to access RDP server of PCx.
