I have installed and set up two EAP115 devices, but I am not seeing the option to configure Cluster mode as per https://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-772.html

There is no reference to Cluster Mode on the Network tab

Can you please advise?

Cluster mode is gone. Use EAP Controller to manage EAP115.

That's a shame. Controller mode is fine, but it means I can only configure the EAP network from one designated PC.
Cluster mode was more flexible for small installations.

That's wrong. You can configure the EAPs from any system which is able to reach the EAP Controller's web UI. This even works over the Internet.
