What clients are you using?
70 meters is maximum range for smartphones, tablets and laptops, because those devices have very weak antennas.
If using a second TL-WA5210 as the remote client, range should be much higher if set up correctly (free line of sight, internal antennas of TL-WA5210 aligned to each other) and environment does fit (e.g., low interference in a sparsely populated area).
