Hello,

I am setting up a new EAP 225 V3 and the Omada controller (3.0.5) reports the firmware of the AP as 2.2.0 Build 20180411 Rel. 62961. It seems there is a newer version available on the support site but when I try to upgrade from within Omada it indicates that I am at the latest. Am I doing this correctly?

So far the EAP and controller software have been real easy to setup.

I think you detect the new version firmware by Cloud Platform. The new firmware (180628) may not upload to Cloud Platform. You can upgrade the new firmware for EAP225v3 manually.

The latest firmware for the EAP225 v3 is 2.4.0 build 20181121 Rel. 55897

You can upgrade directly from the OC200 on your smartphone app, drilling down from the device (up arrow key), scroll to bottom of screen where the option 'Firmware Upgrade is located.
