Speed problem with EAP 245 V3
Hello,
I saw something strange.
My network speed is not ideal, since no client can get more than 54 Mbps, on 2.4 Ghz, and 5 Ghz.
The access point is in an open space, and all clients are in the 5 m range.
My modes on the access point :
2.4 Ghz >> a/b/g mixed
5 Ghz >> a/n/ac mixed.
In attachment you can see that the connections are good.
My controller is version 3.0.5 (updated from 2.5.4 to 3.0.2 to 3.0.5)
My EAP 245v3 has firmware version 2.0.0 Build 20180601 Rel. 52885
Anyone an idea?
Server/controller and access point are already restarted.

I enabled it , and the speeds went up.
But, can you explain to me why this is the cause?

If you disable WMM, an AP falls back to 802.11b/g resp. 802.11a which means that you are requesting the EAP to cap the maximum WiFi speed at 54 Mbps. WMM is a requirement for the 802.11n/ac standards; without it 802.11n/ac speeds won't be negotiated by clients and APs at all.

I have a similar problem. I have 2 ap (eap245 v3 and eap225 v3). They are connected to a modem that works as a router. The funny thing is that the modem's wifi speed gives me 250 Mbps at maximum peak and the speed of my aps in the 5.8 GHz band only reaches 96 Mbps. Any advice, I don't know why the bandwidth drops so much? I have already tried changing the cabling from the APs to CAT 6. These are the equipment and configuration specifications.
I have two APs:
1 eap245 v3 2.4.0 Build 20200117 Rel. 39932
1 eap225 v3 2.7.0 Build 20200113 Rel. 38287
this is the detail of one of the AP, the other also presents the same situation in the details
this is the config in QoS
I also have fast roaning, band streming and mesh disabled.
I really need help. It does not make sense that if my modem is giving 250 Mbps or 120 Mbps (it fluctuates since it is not a dedicated link) but my eap give 98 Mbps at most, as if the interface speed were 100, which is not that the model specifies that it can raise up to 1400 Mbps in the 5 GHz band and the specific ethernet interface that works at 1Gbps.

I don't have an EAP245 for tests, only EAP225, but for the latter I tested all HW/firmware versions which had been released over the years.
96 Mbps is a rather low throughput for an EAP225 which could indeed be caused by a bad cable. You can check the negotiated mode for the Ethernet interface (100/1000 Mbps) on your switch or the router. If the EAP and the switch/router negotiate 100 Mbps only, it's the cable which restricts the throughput. In this case it does not matter whether it is CAT.5e or CAT.6. Both types of cable are susceptible to interference if they are badly laid; for example, too close to power lines in a cable duct or crossing power cables.
If you found out that it is the cabling which caps the throughput, you could try shielded cables, but the shielding needs to be properly grounded. Otherwise the shield(s) can act like an antenna and cause even more interference on the data lines compared to a properly laid unshielded cable.
From the statistics you included in your post we can see that your EAP uses the 5.2 GHz band (channel 36), not 5.8 GHz. What strikes me is the high error rate when receiving data packets in WLAN, it's 100%:
That's not normal. Could be that your clients fall back to the 2.4 GHz band b/c of this high error rate in the 5 GHz band, but even then you should get a better throughput over 2.4 GHz than only 96 Mbps, provided the clients are inside the area with good coverage by the EAP.
To give you an idea how statistics should look for EAPs, following screenshot shows the error rates on my EAP225-Outdoor. Compare those values with yours (the high Rx count comes from surrounding foreign APs or clients which did not associate with the EAP's WLAN):

I cannot remember that I ever saw such a high Rx error rate of 100% with an EAP.
To find out what causes this I would turn off every wireless device (not only WLAN, but all DECT, Bluetooth, ZigBee, remote controls, audio/video transmitters, IoT devices etc.) and measure throughput of this EAP when sitting next to my laptop. Then I would turn on all other wireless devices one after another to find out whether interferences from another device causes this high error rate.
You can mitigate against interferences by selecting different channels, but please be aware that selecting 80 MHz channel bandwidth requires 16x 5 MHz channels of the 5 GHz subband, thus causing overlapping with channels used by other devices using 20/40 MHz channel width. This introduces all drawbacks known from the 2.4 GHz band. The 5 GHz band guarantees non-overlapping channels only for clients which use a 20 MHz channel width (that's 4x 5 MHz channels).
Next, I would check whether the error rate increases when mounting the EAP at its postition where you had it before. Maybe, a bad location causes those errors.
Other than this I have no idea what could be done to improve the situation. It's definitely not fast roaming or band steering. We use those functions w/o any issues in almost every installation in the field. However, I never tested an EAP245, only EAP225.

@R1D2 excellent answer friend, I was able to solve, however now I have another problem, the ethernet interface of my EAP225 is only raising at 100 Mbps, I already checked in my router and I have set it 100 and 1000, but it always takes me at 100, when I put the interface of my router or switch to 1000 automatically stops working, in the configuration of 225 could the speed of the interface be changed?

glad the issue could be solved.
As for auto-negotiation of the interface mode, please try another cable (if necessary, unmount the EAP to have a try).
Make sure you use a shielded patch cable of good quality, can be CAT.5e, but must be shielded.
If the issue is caused by the cable, pleas do me a favor and post the type of cable (UTP, STP, F/UTP, F/STP, S/FTP etc.) used before and used thereafter. You can find the cable type printed onto the cable itself. TP stands for twisted pair, U for unshielded, S for shielded, F/U for a foil shield, S/F for a braid shield as well as additional foil shields for each pair of wires etc.).
