Hello guys, I´m having a strange problem.

 

I configured one SSID with voucher portal, it is working but sometimes users reported that a different page is showing, asking for username/password, attached an image that they sent to me.

 

Someone had this problem or have any glue why this is happening?

Hi Joz,

 

I have had the same problem before. But I found the reason that the Voucher needs the Omada Controller to run all the time. If the Omada Controller is offline, then when we login the SSID with portal we will meet this problem.So you just keep the Omada Controller running all the time and this problem will be solved.
