Any ETA on EAP245-v3 in the US?

The EAP245-V3 has been out for several months and yet I can't find anyone selling them in the United States. Is there any reason for why they might be delayed? Does anyone have any ETA on when they will be available?

EAP245v3 and EAP245v1 are different hardware version. EAP245v3 support more advanced function, such as fast roaming, beamforming.
