Model: AC500
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: V2_20180702

897/5000

The firewall configuration is as follows:
TP-ER6020 192.168.1.1/24
DCHp 192.168.1.100 to 200

1 WAN ppoe connected to the fiber router in bridge mode.
1 LAN 192.168.1.x / 24
5 Wifi AP Unifi Pro

Clients connected by cable acquire IP from the ER-6020 and have internet without problem.

Clients connected by Wifi do not obtain Ip from the Er6020.

If I configure a static ip to a wifi client, for example
192.168.1.90/24
GW: 192.168.1.1
DNS primary 192.168.1.1
DNS secondary 8.8.8.8

I have a ping to the ER-6020, but I do not ping any Internet server, and I do not respond to ping other equipment connected by cable or wifi in the same network.

I have tried to disable all firewall functions and the problem persists.

Any idea where the problem may be?

If I remove the ER-6020 and configure the WAN device in mode (router), the Wi-Fi and cable clients work correctly.

If you can ping the router but cannot ping the public internet address, you should check if the router get the correct IP address for its WAN port. And check if there is any settings of the router which block the traffic.

Hi Andone,

The WAN port is correct, and there is no router configuration that blocks traffic to the internet.

A client with a laptop connected by cable to the ER-6020 has access to the Internet, but the same client connected by Wifi does not obtain ip from the dhcp server of the ER-6020.

And even assigning a static IP to the Wi-Fi adapter of the laptop, it also has no output to Internet.

Only computers that are connected by cable via switch get Ip from the dhcp server of er-6020. Computers that go via Wi-Fi, the dhcp server does not assign them ip

If the wired clients haven't problem, maybe the problem is related to the AP. Check if your AP can get the IP and work in which mode.
