EAP245 V3 USA Release

I've noticed the product page has changed showing the V3 on the main tp-link website. Does anyone know when the V3 hardware for the 245 will hit retail in the USA?

I know that the European version has been out for over 6 months. I assume this an FCC approval / compliance issue. I was hoping someone at the company had something concrete.

I searched for the Canadian amazon part number on US amazon what do you know, there is a page up:
