Hello @forrest,
two remarks to the distribution format:
Zip'ing a .deb file does not gain anything. Data in .deb files is already archived using tar and compressed using gzip.
Zip'ing a gzip'ed tar file does not gain anything, too. A tar archive is much the same as an (uncompressed) zip archive and a gzip'ed tar archive therefore is much the same as a compressed zip archive. It won't save you anything in size either to zip an already gzip'ed archive.

When we can download v3.1.4 linux version from official page not from forum?
Is it stable? And do you have an idea to create linux repos (rpm and deb) like unifi?

Hi,
The latest version of Omada Controller (Linux) is released now, you can download it from the following website:
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/eap-controller/#Controller_Software
For the linux repos(rpm and deb), we will add this to our suggestion list and consult with our colleagues about it.
Thank you for your feedback.
