Hello,

I have to switch the static IP of my provider to my PBX on the LAN port.

How does it work?

I have a TL-R600 VPN

If you mean that your PBX needs to use the public network IP address and it's the static IP, you can use one to one NAT. 

In one to one NAT, suppose that you have two WAN ports and two public IP address, then your PBX will use one of the WAN ports and the static IP to access internet. And the data which sent to this static IP will be forwarded to your PBX. Other devices will use the another WAN port.

But as I knew, only R600VPN V4 supports one to one NAT.
