Scheduled Restart on EAP-110
Hello, as I have read for the Access Point EAP-110 (not the outdoor model) it supports scheduled restart of the AP. I have bought and installed it with no problem at all.
The question is if it really supports the scheduled restart and if so, can anyone give me some instructions on how to enable it as I didn't find it in the UI as an clear option?
I use the V.4 and have updated to the last firmware.
Thanks in advance.

Hi George_Siap,
If you manage the EAP110 in standalone mode, you can only reboot the EAP mannually. You can set reboot in "System---->Reboot/Reset".
If you manage the EAP by Omada Controller/OC200, you can set reboot schedule in "Site Settings ----> Reboot Schedule". For how to use the Reboot Schedule, please refer to page 97 of the following website.

Thanks for the fast response!
I manage the EAP110 in standalone mode, so I will have to reboot the AP manually - not a big deal though, I just asked if this could happen for saving me some hustle.

Hi George,
For the reboot schedule feature, we will consult it with our PE colleagues and consider whether to add it in later firmware.
Thanks for your feedback.

I have the outdoor version. I expected to be able to schedule the reboot, after reading the blurb on the box. But I can't.
Please, please, please add it to the firmware. At the moment I have to run the power supply through a timer set to disconnect power for a short time overnight. My other APs use a DD-WRT firmware and reboot nightly. It has given me a much more stable WiFi network with far fewer callouts.
It's surely a small addition to the firmware.
Thanks.
