I see than T2600G-28 have new firmware V4, can V3 updated to V4.
As it was for update V2 to V3 ?

T2600G-28TS V3 cannot update to V4. 

V2 can update to V3. But need to re-configure the switch. And we cannot downgrade to V2 after upgrade to V3.

T2600G-28TS V3 cannot update to V4.

What? This is not true. I am sure, I did downgrade from v3 to v2 a lot of times. At least from 180201(v3) to 170928(v2)
