Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.3 Build 20180530 Rel.63202

Trying to use remote desktop to reach work servers.  I am able to do this using the hotspot on my phone as well as plugging up directly to my cable modem.  I have to VPN into the business network.  I establish a VPN connection, and am able to browse my company's intranet as well as load my email, but am unable to use remote desktop.  Any suggestions?

Also realized my firmware was outdated. Updating made no difference. 4.0.3 Build 20190227 Rel.48206

Hi straes What VPN type do you use? Maybe you can try other VPN type. Also can use virtual server for remote desktop.
