Model: TL-ER5120
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.1 Build 20180706 Rel.58151

Hi,

I've just finish setting up my router but I've might have done something wrong 'cause it is not working like I would...

I hope that somebody could help me with this...

Here is my setup and what I would like to do :

- I've two ISP routers wired to the TL-ER5120, the first one to WAN1 and the second one to WAN2

- The first ISP router have a (real) 600kbps bandwith and the second ISP router have a (real) 1500kbps bandwith

- Both are working fine independently because when I disconnect WAN1, I can check the speed and see that this is WAN2 working and vice versa

The thing is when both are connected, it seems that I only got the bandwith of WAN1 because I can't get the speed over 600kpbs...

And I would like to combine the bandwith of the two ISPs

Any help please ? Thanks.

Here are the screen captures of the menus

Generally one session will go thorugh only one WAN. It means that when you test the speed, if only one server is connected to your client, then all data will go though only one WAN. So you only get the speed of one WAN.

If you need to see the speed over 600kbps, you can try to use P2P download (it means that download the file from multiple servers at the same time). And try to disable application optimized routing.

Hi, Thanks Andone for your answer. OK, I thought that the speed will be added up for all types of downloads or web surfing. Too bad... I disabled "Application Optimized Routing" and just tried to download an Ubuntu release via BiTorrent and the speed get over the 600kbps of Wan 1 so it seems to work.
