im truying tosecure tne enterprise network by adding url filtering rules. 
i want to Deny URL listed below and permit the rest. 
i want to block

You should be able to find URL filter feature on your router. It can help you block some website. But as I know, TL-R480T+ cannot block the HTTPS website. If you want to block the HTTPS website, you may need to buy the latest hardware version.
