Hi!

I have a TP Link ER5120 Load balance router. I commected our ISP modem to the wan port. I can browse the internet but I can't seem to reach the max speed being thrown by the ISP modem. Our subscription is 500mbps. But when I conduct speed test while connected to TPlink, i only get 200mbps. But when I am connected to our ISP modem, i get 500mbps. QoS or bandwidth control is disabled.

You can check the NAT-throughput of ER5120 V2 on TP-Link official website. It may not reach 500Mbps.

NAT-thorughput means the speed that a router can reach for download or upload.
