Do you mean you use the OC200 to manage 23 EAPs, but only 60-80 client devices can connect to this EAPs?
"It could be able to handle 512 IP address client but still system goes down at client number each at 70."
The system will goes down, could you please tell us more details about it? When you connect 70 client devices to the EAP, these EAP will disconnect from the OC200?
Your EAP is EAP110-Outdoor v3, yes? Please upgrade your firmware to the latest version. By the way, the recommended number of client devices to one EAP should be no more than 30, or these clients cannot have a good network experience.

Topology is
fibe100-100 mbps > modem > security gateway > switch > TP-LINK ac2300 Router > TP-Link switch > oc200 & access point (eap110 v3 outdoor) and all ap are updated on latest firmware.
I change two router but same issue client reach at 80 and system doesn’t give connection to anymore. Please advise me so which router is good for handeling up to 500 client.
And other if I want to assign different subnet ip to client so what can I do. Is it available in Omada Controller if yes? Please let me know.
I have to turn on load balance in all eap110 v3 outdoor ap? Is supported in single bend ap?

We found that in your network topology, you use the AC2300 as the DHCP Server. Actually, AC2300 can only support about 40 client devices. That's why your system will not work when connect 80 client devices to the network.
We recommend you to try to TL-Er6120v3, it can support about 300 clients at the same time. I think it can meet your demand.
If you want to set different subnets to client, then you should do it in the router and switch. You can refer to this faq:
