Dear Sir/Madam,

We have installed TP-link TL-ER6120 VPN router in our office, we are unable to do Port Forwarding to an internal ip address.

When we do the port forwarding  we are getting error saying External port you entered has been assigned to other rules.

HARD WARE DETAILS: TP-link TL-ER6120 VPN router

Hardware Version:    TL-ER6120 v1.0]

Basically we want to Connect VOIP device to our Network for Voip services.

 (NOTE: WE HAVE ALREADY DONE PORT FORWARDING FOR ANOTHER INTERNAL IP ADDRESS 192.168.1.9 – FOP POLYCOM )

Forwarding Ports are:69(TFTP), 5060-5061(SIP Registration) and 16,000-50,000(RTP).All are UDP ports.

Our ISP is ACT, they are saying all ports are open for our static IP and you need to be the port forwarding at your end.

Kindly help us in resolving the issue.
