Model: TL-ER5120
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.8 Build 20140212 Rel.36037

Have load balanced ER5120 with 2 WAN's and 2 LAN networks, both LAN networks communicate with the Internet, but the LANS will not talk to each other. As per instructions set to classic system mode and built a static route to each of the LAN ports to access the remote drives off the router for the second network. Topology is:

FIOS ONT WAN 1  ----------------|------------------|--------------- LAN 1 FIOS AC Wireless Router

                                                   |   ER5120     |

CABLE MODEM  WAN 2 --------|------------------|--------------- LAN 2 Linksys AC Wireless Router -------------- USB and Ethernet Remote Hard Drives

LAN Gateway is 192.168.0.1, LAN 1 is 192.168.0.2, LAN 2 is 192.168.0.3. Set up static routing for LAN Routers LAN 1 at Destination 192.168.2.1, next hop 192.168.0.2, LAN 2 Destination 192.168.1.2, next hop 192.168.0.3, but they will not communicate with each other. For a while I had an ethernet cable between the 3rd LAN port and a LAN port on the LAN 2 router with Static routing set up for that port and it worked sometimes to the drives on the USB ports of the LAN 2 router which was 192.168.1.2, but would fail quite a bit, however, at the same time the other drives on 192.168.1.77 and 192.168.1.158 would respond.

Any ideas?

FIOS ONT WAN 1  ----------------|------------------|--------------- LAN 1 FIOS AC Wireless Router

                                                   |   ER5120     |

CABLE MODEM  WAN 2 --------|------------------|--------------- LAN 2 Linksys AC Wireless Router -------------- USB and Ethernet Remote Hard Drives

If your wireless router is NAT devices, then these two network cannot access each other. Because NAT will block the data from the external.

If you need two network can access each other, you can try to set them as AP mode if the wireless router support this. And two network will get the IP address from ER5120 not the wireless router.
