Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have a T1600G-28TS. It's 2 years and working fine, but now I need to make some changes and I've found that the web page is innaccessible.

When I input its IP in the address bar of the browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, IE11 tested), all I get is a blank page.

Both the IP address and the cable connection are correct.

I do not know what else to do.

@Carles

You should make sure what IP your switch is using. Then check if you can ping the IP address. Then try to telnet the switch. If you can telnet, still can configure the switch through CLI command at least.

About the blank page, maybe you can change another PC or disable antivirus software temporarily for testing.

@Carles

If you can telnet your switch, also check, if you disabled your HTTP/HTTPS sessions "no ip http session / no ip http secure-session"

Sorry @Mitya, sorry @Andone

I've been off for weeks, so it's been impossible for me to test the things you say.

I've checked the IP, and it's ok. I can also access via telnet.

I've even reset to factory defaults and when I launch the browser and type the IP of the swith, I keeping getting a blank page as a result.

As Mitya said, if you still can telnet the switch, you can try "no ip http session / no ip http secure-session" command to reboot the http service. You can also try to clear the browser cache.

@Andone This command does not exit, at least in this model, but I have tried the command no ip http server. After running it, the browser can't stablish connection with the switch. Then, after running ip http server command, can connect but a simple blank page is the result.

I cannot think out other method. Maybe you can try to re-install your firmware. What's your hardware version and firmware version? But it may be a little complicated to upgrade through CLI command. You need to install TFTP server at first. You can refer to the CLI guide page 148.(If you are using V2.0) https://static.tp-link.com/1910012176_T1600G_CLI.pdf
