Hello All,

 

I just want to ask if how to clear all voucher type autheticated user and disconnect them all?

 

it seems their is a bug on voucher type,after router is turn-off due to no power supply and turn it back on all expired users/guest using voucher type can able to access the internet.

Please upgrade your firmware to the latest version. We have fixed a bug about the portal feature. After you upgrade the firmware, if the problem still exists, please tell us.

Just upgrade the firmware, after that you can check if the problem still exists.

I'm not sure if the issue still exists suppose to be the user will expire on Expired on 2019-10-08 20:53:44 base on the voucher but right now the phone was able to connect to wifi hhmmm i will monitor other user and update you thanks

another question any chance that i can access the router directly?if omada controller is down/off? to check if someone is directly connected to the router without using the voucher code from omada controller?

You say you want to access the router, what's the model of your router? Normally we can find this information in the user guide.

EAP225-Outdoor is an access point, not a router. Are you aware that smartphones silently will fall back to the mobile network (GSM, UMTS, LTE) if the WiFi blocks Internet?

 

Turn off data mode/mobile network on the smartphone and try again.
