Did you configure the SFP port as tagged member of the VLANs in question? On both switches?

@SameerFPC

Are you talking about T1500G-10PS or TL-SG2210P? Does your switch connected directly to your core switch? Both sides LEDs blinking? Provide 'show run int gi1/0/x' of both switches.

I created one server VLAN which resides in Core Switch. Tagged the SFP ports on all VLAN.

Changed the ports PVST to given the specific VLAN ID and gets the ip address from those VLAN.

So I am getting one VLAN from specific ports and I am able to communicate to only that VLAN

How I can get both VLAN in single ports with PVST settings

Well, you are talking about PVST (Per-VLAN Spanning Tree) and you are talking about some VLAN blocking. Obviously, it is a question to your PVST setup. TP-Link doesn't support PVST, only MSTP, so you should reconfigure your cisco. Still it is unclear without full topology, because before you talked only about 1 link and now there is some topology with rings, etc, to be blocked. You need to change your Priority/Path Cost/etc.. to unblock VLANs on this link.
