Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: Lastest

Hi, my load balance works well.

 

But when I cut power or restart device....the WAN-2 always disconnect. I must hit "save" or "connect" button at WAN setting.

 

What should I do so the device can work properly without disconnect?

 

WAN-1 config do not change when powercut or reboot.

 

Fyi, I use 2 modems (4G) for both WAN.

 

Please help.

@Yos I tried copy mac adress from computer to WAN2.....but after that config, the computer not able to connect to ISP at all.

 

Please help.

As we talk in another post, if you use link backup. The backup WAN (your WAN2) will be disconnected unless primary WAN down. It's only for backup so will not work all the time.
