Model: EAP110
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 Build 20180418 Rel. 74831

Hello,

I'll try to explain the whole situation.

First, the environment: two APs (EAP 110 and EAP 115) are installed in two different floors of a business site. Both are connected to a switch which is served with network services from a Windows Server 2016. On that server is installed Omada Controller 3.2.4 running as a permanent and automatic started service using nssm as recommended by TP-link. There is a broadcasted SSID with no security, guest network enabled, no access control rule, rate limit enabled, and Portal enabled. The portal is Facebook authentication type properly set up with Facebook Wi-Fi Login.

There is to say that this Portal had been successfully working before, BUT since few months it isn't.

When an user connects to this SSID, captive portal detection brings the browser up to log in with Facebook. If the person logs in to Facebook, and then "checks in" to the place, browser shows a HTTP ERROR 500. This also happens if before trying to log in to Facebook the user hits "skip check in" link.

"Problem accesing /portal/fbwifi/auth/. Reason:

Server Error

Caused by:

org.springframework........

Caused by com.mongodb.MongoQueryException:........

............"

This results in no connection to the device aborting the process.

Can you help me find the solution to this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Xinestesia ,

For how to configure the Facebook portal, we have a configuration guide, please refer to the following website and check your configuration:

https://www.tp-link.com/us/configuration-guides/configuration_guide_for_facebook_portal_on_omada_controller_2_6_x_or_above/?configurationId=22135

After you check the configuration, if the problem still exists, please send us a screenshot of the issue. Besides, all clients have this problem, or only some specific clients have this problem? Does the problem occur all the time, or it happens sometimes?
