Hi team,

 

                   I have one WAN connection on WAN side and one wire is going into switch for LAN purpose network 192.168.1.0/24. After I assign ip address to multiple users but some users can ping the router (in this internet working on that user system) and some users cannot ping the router (Internet not working on their system). I think there is something weird in firmware. Please provide us new firmware or solve the problem. We are using this load balancer in the company . Please contact me on this email ravinder.kumar@softuvo.com. We need quick support . I called your customer care number they just asked for my phone number and I provide them my phone number and saying we will call you but nobody called us.

This Router is too old. It's hard to expect companies to make a new firmware for the old product. I saw that your firmware version is already latest firmware on tp-link website.

 

For your problem that some users cannot access internet, firstly checking if these users already got IP address. If not, maybe can try to set static IP address. Just for checking if can access internet. If already got IP address, are their IP addresses in the same subnet with R480T+? Finally, R480T+ supports up to 30-50 clients, make sure that your users number isn't over 30.

@Andone  So how can I buy new load balancer in replacement of old firmware hardware. Is there any offer So I can buy latest hardware. If yes must reply

You can find tp-link reseller in your local. If cannot find the reseller, maybe also can buy on Amazon. But cannot make sure whether amazon will provide the latest hardware version. If amazon supports to return the product when you do not get the latest version, maybe you can have a try.
