Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5

Omada software does not see the access points.  I have tried resetting the units but I'm at a loss. I'm sure I will have additional questions, but I can't even get started here. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello @Dscratch ,

 

1. Both your EAP device and Controller host are all connected to a router or switch, yes? Please make sure that they are in the same subnet, or they cannot communicate with each other normally. 

2. As you said, the Omada Controller cannot see the EAP, so I guess the EAP doesn't show up on the Controller host. In this situation, please close firewall or anti-virus on your Controller host. 

3. Please ping the EAP on the Omada Controller. If you cannot ping them successfully, please try to change the cable connected to the EAP.
