Eap225-Outdoor mesh to wired eap245?

Eap225-Outdoor mesh to wired eap245?
I can't seem to mesh the eap225out, in the settings for uplink it's not showing any ap.
Is it possible? It just says wired.

EAP245 V3.0 doesn't support mesh feature, that's why you fail to build mesh by using EAP225-Outdoor and EAP245.
But we have the plan to add mesh feature on later firmware. By then, you can do it.

@forrest Any ETA for that feature to land for the EAP245?
It seems kinda odd that the EAP225 supports Mesh, but EAP245 doesn't.

Yeah. It won't happen, if you look, they've been saying since July, don't be holding your breath.
It's all spiel. They'll release a new ac and sell as mesh capable. Usual.

Yes we have plan to add mesh feature in EAP245 v3.0, but it still needs some time.
When we finish it, we will release it in the offical website of TP-Link.

Any news on the mesh features of the EAP245 to use a eap225-outdoor? Because I would like to use the same setup.
I've heard that a beta firmware is available to test this. Anyone know's how to acquire this firmware so I could help testing.
