I  planning to buy cloud controller so I don't have to make my PC to run 24/7 but I want first to know if I need to have OC200 for every EAP225 , in case I have 3 EAP on different location/shops. (I'm opting for portal-voucher feature of the cloud controler) thanks in advance.

@NAJIV, you can serve multiple EAPs at multiple sites with just one OC200, but you need to create a common network between all sites (e.g. by deploying a VPN connecting those sites to the same network).

@R1D2  can I consider this as a common network, or should I change the mode of my router to AP?

@NAJIV, yes, this is a common network setup.

You need to connect the EAPs in the three different locations to the OC200 using layer-3 links. You can either use the Omada Discovery Utility to set the OC200 IP in an EAP or you can use DHCP option 138 to do so. I prefer DHCP option 138 which would have to be set in each DHCP server of your three sites.

You need to ensure that clients connected to an EAP can reach the OC200. That means you probably have to modify the firewall in all three routers on the right side in your diagram to grant users access to the OC200 portal.
