you can change the subnet mask for 192.168.0.1, the default subnet mask is 255.255.255.0(24), you can change it to 255.255.252.0(22), then the DHCP Server can deliver about 2000 IP address. But you need to make sure you gateway can handle 2000 concurent clients.

You change the network mask in your router and other devices. See Wikipedia for information what a network mask is.
With a netmask you can increase the number of IP addresses in your subnetwork 192.168.0, which is part of network 192.168.
Yes, the gateway is your router. The IP for OC200 (and its network mask, too) needs to be set in OC200. Other devices might get their IP from the router automatically, this depends on your network setup.

With these properties, the recommended management scale of the Omada Controller 2.4.x is 500 units. my question what mean 2.4.x is 500 units.
It means that Omada controller version 2.4.x allows to manage 500 EAPs. This number has been expanded in Omada controller version 3.2.1 to 1,500 APs, see this post. Note that 1,500 EAPs might require up to 6 GB RAM.
How many EAPs do you want to manage? How many clients?
