I try to connect a PC to a L2TP VPN following the TP-Link example.
From one windows PC, everything works.
From others, the 2 phases of IKE Negociation are Succeeded but then nothing.
Does anyone have any idea ?

There should be a tunnel list on ER6020. You can confirm if the VPN tunnel is established according to the list.
If you used the same account for your devices, please make sure that the max connection setting of L2TP VPN is not 1.

I've check the Max Connectionss and it's set to 3.
I don't see anything in the tunnel list.
On the client side, I get this message :
" The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error during the initial negotiations with the remote computer"
Maybe the issue related to your VPN client. You can refer to the following FAQ if you were using Windows PC.
