Hello everybody

I'm using oc200 and eap 225. 

I config portal on omada cloud with external web portal

but My phone I using can't connect wifi and It's not show portal web.

Model phone testing: Iphone 7

Please help me

We cannot understand the error message on the phone. 

I think when your clients connect to the SSID, the authentication page doesn't pop up normally, how about other clients？ 

If all clients cannot see the authentication page, we recommend you to check the web portal server. We have an faq about this, please refer to the following website:
