Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build 20160809 Rel.35760s

Hi All,

I'm  trying to upgrade my load balancer TL-R470T+ from version 5 to version 6 but does not allow me... when I select the file and confirm the upgrade I get 'Can’t reach this page'
'Make sure the web address http://192.168.0.1 is correct' on Inetrnet exporer and for chorme starts loading reaching 63% at the button  and  then I get 'error connection restablished' I also tried with Firefox and this one doesn't do anything.
it seems the version v5 has 2696 kb and v6 has 12019kb. maybe the hardaware does not support a large file? 

 

can someone help me here?

I think maybe these two version are using different hardware. And they use different platform. So the V6 software cannot be installled on V5 devices.

 

Normally the devices can only use the fimware corresponding to its own hardware version. V5 devices use V5 firmware.
