When I use the Omada COntroller to adopt them it will have me ipuit the username and password which I put in and its the default, Username: admin Password:Admin. When I click adopt it says adopting then says "Failed to send adopt comand to AP."
Please help!
@Apple1, depending on Omada controller version the credentials for the device differ from those used for login. See the menu Site Settings → Device Account in Omada controller for the username and password set by the controller (or set by you if you used this menu to change it). If this fails, perform a hard reset on the EAPs and try again using the default credentials admin/admin (note the lowercase characters).
