Have several opinion for reference.

1. The client IP should be public IP address. If you cannot make sure what public IP address your client uses, you can fill 0.0.0.0.

2. The IP address pool should not have overlap with your LAN clients.

3. If you don't need to use IPsec client to LAN VPN, you don't need to set up IPsec. Just enable IPsec for L2TP over IPsec.

4. You can try to use L2TP only. Do not enable encryption of IPsec. Just for test whether the issue related to IPsec.

5. TP-link has FAQ for reference. https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/444/

Generally Windows PC has some limitation for IPsec. You may need to start some services for IPsec. You can refer to the following FAQ.

I did all these settings and I've started all 5 services+values in registry editor, but the error is the same. I've also tried with port forwarding but no chance. I need to use L2tp?Does anyone succeeded using win7/10?
