Model: OC200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20191126 Rel.59455

So I decided to use coverage maps.   I do not see my AP on the map.  there is a button "Unplaces AP's" but nothing is there...  I am guessing it is possible it was dragged off the screen but I cant find it..

@Reef-a-Holic, EAPs cannot be placed off the map canvas completely.

Check whether it might be on a different map. You can define more than one map per site. Also set minimun zoom factor (see red arrow).

@Reef-a-Holic I only had the default map set up.   Finally did a factory reset and it came up.  Not sure where it went..Thanks for the replies

@Reef-a-Holic, I noticed during tests that devices casually can disappear when one is connected to the controller through the TP-Link cloud and the connection times out. In this case, a reload of the web page causes device icons to re-appear on the map. Of course, forgetting the EAP and re-adopting it helps, too.

@Reef-a-Holic Thanks for the replies.   The page reloading and even switching browsers did not help.  The only thing that did was a factory reset.
