EAP225 as wireless bridge?
I needed to put something in the backyear to get a signal from my router and have internet in the larger area. I got EAP225 but it seems this device needs to be connected to LAN to get internet. IS there a way to get it as client or as a bridge on the other network. My router in also tp-link c50 if that matters.

As answered here already I don't recommend a mesh network for indoor coverage over different floors.
Here some more thoughts:
You write in a followup post that the walls are about 6". If it's 12.5cm (which is something weird as 4.921259 inch, don't know whether »about 6"« is close enough to this value), it matches the wavelentgh of a 2.4 GHz wave and will block them in addition to the attenuation of 5 GHz waves. Thus, could be that coverage is pretty bad even if an indoor EAP225 is used for both rooms. I would test it, that's the only way to find out whether it will work.
What could work for the link from building #1 to building #2 are two EAP225-Outdoor mounted outside using a mesh, but the second EAP225-Outdoor wired to an additional indoor EAP for the coverage indoors. 45" is 15m distance, right? That's no problem for an EAP225-Outdoor if you have a free line of sight. The EAP225-Outdoor could even partially cover the bordering room if the EAP225-Outdoor is mounted more or less in front of a window (outside), albeit with a weaker signal (hence the wired connection to an indoor EAP225).

Sorry for my late information. Now I am using Xiaomi WiFi Extender Pro and repeater. My main router is beside window and I set up Xiaomi WiFi Extender Pro in their room' beside window. They can use wifi well ☺️. Xiaomi WiFi Extender Pro give acess wifi for the bordering rooms and facing rooms. And then, I set up another Xiaomi Mi WiFi Repeater 2 like this in other room. All clients are using well. But I can't control because of range extender. So I want to control with captive portal function. If these small repeaters can give wifi acess well, can eap225 outdoor give wifi well in the same condition? And is right eap mesh is only 5ghz? So sorry for my poor eng .😂
My main router is only 2.4ghz. When joining Eap225 outdoor with wire to router can acess 2.4ghz and 5ghz?

1. IMO EAP225-Outdoor should work well compared to an existing repeater setup, yes.
2. Yes, EAP mesh uses 5 GHz. This is pretty much the same mode as repeater mode for clients connected to 5 GHz, but if clients connect to 2.4 GHz, the 5 GHz is used as a separate backhaul and therefore avoids all common problems with repeater mode. Therefore, mesh works even better than a repeater for clients connecting to the 2.4 GHz radio. For clients connecting to the 5 GHz radio, data needs to be send twice (or more times if you have more mesh nodes) and much like with a repeater this cuts bandwidth.
3. Yes, if you connect an EAP225-Outdoor by cable to your main router (the EAP then becomes the »root« mesh node), you can add more mesh nodes connecting wirelessly to the root mesh node. Clients can use 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz (but for the latter see 2. above).
Note also that a mesh network with all its nodes supports only the same number of clients and nearly the same bandwidth as one EAP alone does. You can not increase bandwidth (as explained in 2. you even reduce bandwidth) nor can you increase the number of clients with a mesh network. That's why I would prefer connections via cables. But in principle, a mesh network would work, too.
