Hello!

 

I am trying power with TP Link's TL-SG108PE POE switch and not powering one Access Point EAP 225 V3.

I verified that AP is working status.

 

I tried changing multiple cables and all possible configuration on the switch and still no go.

 

When AP Point is connected between Port 1 - 4 it doesn't get Link or Power light on switch.

 

Anyone has any suggestion.

Hi @sp9239,

 

Is this a new switch?  Perhaps it is defective?  Did you try contacting TP-Link support directly to troubleshoot?  My applogies, as I use the provided PoE power injectors for each AP.  I haven't tried using a PoE switch.

Hello!

 

yes, it is a new POE switch

 

I tried working with other devices over the weekend and doing hard reset which

might have fixed the problem.

 

Now, I have three EAP 225 working and powered by this POE switch.
