Model: TL-R480T+
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 5.1.2 Build 20130116 Rel.45581s

My VoIP phones don't work well trough the load-balancing router with 2 DSL WAN connections.  I was thinking of trying to configure the router to route all my phones to the same WAN connection, so see if the problem would go away if I sent all the traffic from the phones out the same WAN port, WAN1 or WAN2, as they are from different providers and maybe that's part of the problem.as pas a KB article I found for a similar product, I assigned static IP addresses to my 5 phones, but am not sure how to control out of which WAN port the traffic from these phones go.

My phones are IP 192.168.3.160 - 192.168.3.164

- All the Advanced/NAT/ALG stuff is disabled.

- Advanced/Load Balance/Configuration

- Advanced/Load Balance/Link Backup has no entries/Rules

Maybe I need some User Groups, then Advanced/Traffic Control?

Or Advanced/Load Balance/Policy Routing?  Trying this now, as follows. i think this is making my phones go out to WAN1, then i can try WAN2 to see if it affects my problem.

@Eskimo007

Your policy routing settings are correct. If you still meet the issue, still can try to enable or disable SIP ALG. (Advanced -> NAT -> ALG)
