Model: TL-R600VPN
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.4 Build 20200313 Rel.41831

We have the device setup on the network and we are unable to connect to various VPNs from inside the R600. Support has indicated that VPN passthrough is enabled on the R600 by default but the connections to IPSec and L2TP VPNs still fail to connect. When we test other routers/firewalls through the configuration, the VPNs connect with no issue.

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this issue? We disabled all firewall filtering rules on the R600, updated firmware 3 times, reset to factory defaults all with the same results.

Network:
ISP Modem -> R600 -> POE Switch -> Devices

This has been tested from WIFI, the POE Switch and straight into the R600, all fail to connect to the VPNs that are being tested. We cannot open ports for a single device as many different devices will use the wifi to connect out to various dial-up VPNs.

@xcoaster1

Maybe you can try to downgrade R600VPN to check if the issue is related to the latest firmware.

@xcoaster1 I have the same model/hardware version/firmware and have two IPsec VPN policies configured without much more to setup. I would check that VPN setups match.

Network here is: ISP Modem/Router (in bridge mode) -> R600VPN -> Switch -> Devices.
