@Qliratu

Very sorry to let you meet the issue. We will update the notification to make it easier for people to know which products are compatible with the Omada SDN platform.

For your product 2x EAP225 V1/V2 do not support Omada SDN platform. 1x EAP225 V3 and 1x EAP225 Outdoor is compatible with Omada SDN platform.

So unfortunately you cannot manage all of your deivces on Omada SDN platform. If you really like to use Omada SDN platform, you can consider to make 2xEAP225 V1/V2 work standalone or use another old Omada controller to manage them. Then use the newst Omada SDN controller to manage 1x EAP225 V3 and 1x EAP225 Outdoor.

@JR5

If you want to downgrade your OC200, you need to download the firmware of old version at first.

https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202006/20200611/OC200(UN)_v1_1.2.3%20Build%2020200430.zip

Then access the management web interface of your OC200. Please note that you need to be on the same network as OC200. Cloud access way doesn't support to upgrade firmware manually. Then go to the Maintenance menu to import the firmware and click 'upgrade'.

@JR5 I did have a configuration backup stored from my original firmware.

Then i downloaded the older firmware from the tp-link website.

In the upgraded OC200 i just uploaded the old firmware and "upgraded"  it.

Then i just loaded the stored backup configuration and reconnected the AP's.

I did not upgrade the EAP's when i downgraded the OC200.

Hello There,

No support available on the SDN for EAP330 and EAP220 ?

We must keep using Omada 3.x?

@Gbgigli I also have an EAP330 (and 2 EAP245 v3) and I got into problems when I upgraded my controller from v3 to v4. It seems the EAP330 is not compatible anymore ... I bought this EAP330 as first since it was a real business AP for which I assumed support would be much better. For now I downgraded the controller again, but it would be nice if the EAP330 is made compatible.

wow, so i just purchased an OC200 and several EAP620s and a EAP220-Outdoor.

Looks like i can throw the OC200 away since it's not compatible with the majoritory of the products i've purchased.

When is the firmware version 4.4.4 released to the OC200 so i can run the new APs or what is the plan here? This kind of kills my plans to go from ubiquiti to TP-Link with all my customers..

The site i have made in advance is not compatible with the hardware controller since the firmware do not match. nice! I have to redo all the config for the customer again since i cannot export the backup or settings.

And please release a Omada compatible Switch with a built-in controller that works's with your hardware please.

EDIT:
Look's like i got the hardware controller to work with the new EAP620. How much trouble should i excpect ?
