It's difficult to say what you did wrong if you don't tell us what you were doing.

First, if you're in the EU, the EAP225-Outdoor needs to use WiFi channels allowed for outdoor use, while the EAP225 (indoor version) might use indoor-only channels.

Next, if you're using the »Management VLAN« setting, adoption requires additional steps before an EAP can be adopted wirelessly.

Lastly, if wireless adoption failed and the EAP225-Outdoor is in »Isolated« state, you have to manually link it to an uplink node.

So please post screenshots of your controller settings and the status of the EAPs.
