I have SG3210 switch in the network which otherwise is working, but I can't find its IP address neither in dhcp server leases nor with arp -a command and its mac address. Must be minimum what I need to do is to reset switch to default (factory) state. Is it possible to reset it physically with no web gui access?

Thank you

Not for the managed switch. To reset the SG3210 switch, you should use the console port to reset it, read the following guide for detail.
