If you forgot the login password of the web UI, I'm afraid the only option is to reset the switch.

 

How to reset: with the switch powered on, press the Reset button/hole for about 5 seconds, you should see all port LEDs flash once.

 

Kindly Note: all settings will be lost after the reset.
